At Lansdowne Liquor Store Inc, we follow all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale and delivery of beverage alcohol. Because alcohol is a regulated product, the return and refund terms below apply.

All Alcohol Sales Are Final

Once an order has shipped, all alcohol purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on alcohol products except in the limited cases outlined below.

Eligible Refund & Replacement Situations

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in these circumstances:

1) Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives significantly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos of the damaged item(s), the shipping box, and the protective packaging.

  • After review, Lansdowne Liquor Store Inc may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

  • Minor leaks, cosmetic scuffs, or label imperfections are not eligible.

2) Incorrect Items

  • If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Opened, partially consumed, or unopened alcohol products (except for verified damage/incorrect item cases above)

  • Orders that have already shipped (unless they qualify under the eligible situations)

  • Failed delivery due to age verification or signature not obtained

  • Returns caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer

  • Damage related to weather or temperature conditions during transit

  • Clearance/final sale items, promotional items, or gift cards

Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before shipment may qualify for a refund minus a 10% processing fee.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Returned Shipments & Delivery Failures

If an order is returned due to:

  • failed age verification (legal-age requirement),

  • inability to obtain an adult signature, or

  • an incorrect address entered by the customer,

the customer may be responsible for return shipping/handling costs. Any refund issued may be reduced by applicable fees.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Timing can vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Legal Compliance & Age Requirement

By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal drinking age in your province/territory and legally permitted to purchase alcohol. Lansdowne Liquor Store Inc reserves the right to cancel orders that do not comply with applicable alcohol laws and delivery requirements.
