Shipping Coverage

We ship orders to addresses within the United States.

If local or state regulations prohibit direct-to-consumer alcohol delivery in your location, your order will be shipped to the nearest eligible licensed liquor store for pickup. Customers will be notified if this applies to their order.

Age Verification & Signature Requirement

  • All purchasers must be 21 years of age or older.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID and adult signature (21+) are required at delivery.

  • Orders cannot be delivered to underage recipients or left unattended.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to age verification or signature refusal, the order may be returned and additional fees may apply.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically confirmed within 3 business days of purchase.

  • Once confirmed, orders usually ship within 8 business days.

  • Processing and shipping times may be extended during holidays or peak periods.

Shipping Methods & Restrictions

  • Alcoholic beverages are shipped via ground shipping only.

  • We do not ship alcohol exceeding 70% ABV (140 proof), including 95% grain alcohol.

  • Alcohol above 24% ABV cannot be shipped by air due to carrier restrictions.

Weather & Temperature Disclaimer

Ground shipping during extreme temperatures (high heat or freezing conditions) may affect product quality.

  • Customers may request to delay shipment until weather conditions improve.

  • Urban Wine + Liquor is not responsible for damage caused by temperature fluctuations during transit.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur return shipping costs.

  • Order cancellations caused by address errors may be subject to a 10% processing fee.

Product Availability & Order Changes

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to wait for restocking (up to 5 business days)

Packaging & Damaged Shipments

All orders are securely packed using specialized protective packaging.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

  • Refunds or replacements may be issued after verification and return of damaged items.

  • Minor leaks are not covered, but significant damage will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations & Final Sale Policy

  • All alcohol sales are final.

  • Cancellations before shipment may be eligible for a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
