All bottles sold are 750ml, unless otherwise stated.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Full payment is required at checkout.
  • Applicable taxes and fees are calculated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or billing errors at any time.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Order confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:

  • Payment authorization failure
  • Suspected fraud
  • Product unavailability
  • Legal or regulatory restrictions

Orders canceled before shipment may be refunded minus a 10% processing fee. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is available within the United States only and is subject to applicable state laws.

  • Adult signature (21+) and valid ID are required upon delivery.
  • Orders cannot be left unattended.
  • If home delivery is restricted in your state, orders may be shipped to a licensed liquor store for pickup.
  • Urban Wine + Liquor is not responsible for delays or damage caused by weather or carrier issues.

7. Returns & Refunds

All alcohol sales are final once shipped.

Refunds or replacements are issued only for damaged or incorrect items, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:
